Dear Prospective Supporter:February 15, 2008

I would like to introduce you to Quality Bass Club based in San Antonio, Texas, and solicit your support.

Our club’s mission is furthering the sport of fishing through local events, community service, environmental education and youth fishing.

In order to support our community, future fishermen and our club, we will hold our annual fish fry, raffle and auction on August 23, 2008.  This letter is presented to ask for your assistance in this endeavor.  We realize you receive many requests each year, but any donation of merchandise, services, promotional items or money would be greatly appreciated.

The funds raised from this event enable us to be active in these various projects:

•  Christmas food drives
•  Angel Tree project (toys for needy children)
•  Autistic Children’s Center
•  Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital
•  B.A.S.S. Casting Kids (a project to promote youth fishing)
•  Catch a Special Thrill (CAST) for Kids
•  Fishing for Freedom events (taking Armed Forces members recovering from injuries from defending our freedom to Choke Canyon for a day of fishing and fellowship as a thank you)
•  Environmental and conservation projects
•  Additionally, this event helps our Top Six anglers defray tournament costs in the annual Texas B.A.S.S Federation Nation Top Six tournament, a stepping-stone to the B.A.S.S. Bassmaster’s Classic
